Delivery rates
Our checkout pages will calculate the exact postage and packing costs for you before you commit to buy and these will depend on quantities and destination. As a guide:

UK express delivery – one soothing system + ewan – £15 (exc ROI & BFPO)

UK express delivery – one ewan the dream sheep – £5.95 (exc ROI & BFPO)

easidream® express delivery…..
We deliver all soothing systems by our Express Delivery service, which means we aim for a courier to deliver your parcel the next working day, on all orders placed before midday,dependent upon order processing which may take up to 2 days. If you place your order after midday on a Friday or at the weekend then we aim for your order to be delivered the following Tuesday. A signature will be required for the soothing system,so please consider using a different delivery address if you know that you will not be at home to sign for your parcel. The courier will make 2 attempts at delivery and if no one has been able to sign for the parcel, they will leave a card and you will have to go to the nearest depot to collect the parcel yourself within the next 5 days.

ewan the dream sheep is delivered by First Class Royal Maill and we aim for him to arrive with you the next day, with the exception of weekends and Bank Holidays.

Any parcels not collected or refused delivery will be returned to easidream® and you will be charged for the return of the goods.

We cannot be held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by somebody other than yourself.

mainland UK
We deliver to mainland UK which includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and all BFPO addresses.

international
We are currently able to send ewan overseas, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to determine the exact rate BEFORE you visit the checkout. The soothing sysytem ONLY can be sent to Europe at present, as it can work on European voltage. However, it is undergoing configuration to work in the US and Canada so unfortunately is not available for use in these countries as yet…. but we hope it will be very soon.
